Shank to vertical angle
Shank angle is defined by the angle between the tibial shaft and vertical ground line.
Heel height of shoes should not be taken in to consideration when choosing the SVA angle.
RMS: Standard recommended shank angle 5 degrees.
Pediatric AFO: Standard recommended shank angle 10 degrees.
